Day One: Central Palm Beach County

The Palm Beaches boast some of the most beautiful sunrises in the world. Wake up early and head to Lake Worth Beach to watch the sunrise from the iconic pier. While on the pier, make sure to visit Benny’s on the Beach. This outdoor, casual eatery has been a delectable staple of the pier for more than 30 years and their menu will have you wanting to come back every day.

After breakfast, make your way to the Eau Palm Beach Resort’s spa for a decadent couple’s massage in one of their incredible private garden villas with a beautiful secret garden. Have a hand-drawn bath under the blue skies in total privacy to complement the spa treatment. After, relax by the incredible waterfall in the Self-Centered Garden and enjoy a refreshing cocktail. Head over to Breeze Ocean Kitchen for an al fresco lunch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean while not having to leave the Eau. 

Explore the extraordinary gardens in Palm Beach for the afternoon. The Society of the Four Arts‘ botanical garden and sculpture garden provide an unforgettable oasis through artwork, floral paths and water features. 

Just steps away from the Society of the Four Arts is the Lake Trail. This 5-mile trail runs alongside the Intracoastal and boasts some of the most breathtaking views of the West Palm Beach cityscape. It’s a wonderful spot to watch the sunset.

In the evening check out The Square in West Palm Beach. This lively shopping and dining area includes several restaurants for all tastes, from Asian cuisine to Italian and Mexican fare, and even a fully-vegan restaurant! The Square also organizes year-round events, including live music performances, workout and yoga classes, and more

Day Two: South Palm Beach County 

Wake up early and head to the Worth Ave Clock Tower in Palm Beach to watch the sunrise. Then, stroll along the beach for a refreshing morning walk. Continue exploring The Palm Beaches by heading to the south county. Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton offers an incredible brunch menu. They also place an emphasis on working with eco-conscience purveyors and utilizing environmentally friendly practices. So, it truly is “feel-good food.”

One of the unique places in Boca is Mizner Park. This beautiful outdoor shopping area with a resort-style atmosphere is perfect for a short walk with your loved one. Shop one of the several boutiques, or unwind at the art museum, cinema or bowling lounge.

Take a drive a little north to Delray Beach. This incredible town is filled with so much to do. Stroll down The Ave hand-in-hand while you pop into shops, and even stop into the Silverball Retro Arcade for some friendly pinball competition. Don’t miss the Pineapple Grove Arts District, with all its public art displays and galleries. If you are a little hungry, grab a gelato at Gelato & Co (we recommend the hazelnut or pistachio flavors!), or stop by Deck84 for a beautiful lunch on the waterfront.

Then, start driving back up north to West Palm Beach and get on the water! At Visit Palm Beach, rent a kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard and explore the inlets along the Intracoastal. The views from the water are something you’ll never forget. Plus, you might even get to see a manatee!

After your time on the water, wash up and grab a delicious meal at Buccan. This Palm Beach staple has some of the best food around. Chef and owner Clay Conley is a James Beard Award nominee and brings his flair to the delightful menu. Consider ordering a few dishes and sharing them tapas-style to enjoy as much as you can.

Day Three: North Palm Beach County

Start your day with breakfast at Hive Bakery & Cafe in West Palm Beach. There, you’ll find the best pastries and coffee in town. Then, journey to north Palm Beach County!

One of the best ways to spend your morning in the north of the county is to visit Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach. Palm Beach County is home to various species of sea turtles, with the sandy beaches being the perfect location for laying their eggs. At Loggerhead, sick and injured sea turtles are rehabilitated and released back to the wild. They also monitor nests and assist hatchlings with getting to the ocean.

For the most epic view for lunch, Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street is a great choice. There are various incredible restaurants with varying cuisines from which to pick. All boast an incredible view of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, so you can’t go wrong!

After looking at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse during lunch, why not climb it? Explore the beautiful grounds surrounding the lighthouse, including a Banyan tree that’s more than 85 years old. The branches of the tree stretch out over the wooden deck that was built over the foundation of the original light keeper’s house. Join the Sunset Tour and head up the winding staircase to take in the spectacular views from atop this piece of Palm Beach history. 

Later, enjoy a mouthwatering dinner at Stage in Palm Beach Gardens. This Indian-inspired restaurant boasts big flavors by James Beard Foundation Award-nominee Chef Pushkar Marathe, who creates innovative dishes interwowen with tradition utilizing fresh and often local ingredients. 

Three days in The Palm Beaches won’t feel like enough time since there’s so much do, but it’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway!
